1) How do I choose my first course?
If you are new to interiors, start with Foundations of Interior Design, then add Color Theory Mastery. Already comfortable with principles? Jump to Space Planning Studio or Lighting Design & RCP.
2) What tools or software do I need?
A computer capable of running SketchUp or AutoCAD for software courses. For non-software classes, any note-taking tool works. We provide templates, schedules, and drawing examples.
3) Do you offer certificates?
Yes. Upon course completion and submission of required assignments, you receive a digital certificate from Palette Atelier. It is not a substitute for a professional license.
4) Are there refunds?
Refunds may be available if requested within 7 days and before downloading course materials, unless otherwise stated at checkout. See our Terms for details.
5) Will I build a portfolio?
Yes. Portfolio Development and our project studios produce publication-ready spreads with concept, process, and final documentation.
6) How are critiques delivered?
Weekly critiques are provided as annotated PDFs or recorded walkthroughs. We focus on clarity, proportion, and material logic—no generic comments.
7) Can I learn part-time?
Absolutely. Most courses are designed for 4–6 hours per week. Studios with heavier documentation may require more concentrated blocks of time.
8) Do you cover building codes?
Yes. Building Codes & Compliance teaches life safety and accessibility fundamentals. Always verify requirements in your jurisdiction.
